The museum was created from the initiative of Pere Permanyer, Montesa's founder, who always thought that a museum would be the best way to transmit to the next generations the history of a period and the work in which many people have participated. The museum gather the more representative motorcycles build by Montesa together with documents, catalogs and pictures illustrating the history of the catalan brand during its 50 years of life.

Welkom op Ben's oude motoren pagina, zoals je wel dacht is dit een site door en voor liefhebbers van oude motoren. Meer specifiek gaat het hier om Belgische motoren, u weet wel de Mercedes van de motorfietsen kwamen ooit van bij ons namelijk FN, Gillet en Sarolea.
